ABOUT US
Rajan, with a passion for cooking and hospitality, earned degrees from La Salle College and Cornell University. After founding Viva Mexico in Vancouver, he gained experience at The Oberoi Hotel and La Rochelle in India. Returning to Vancouver, he established Gourmet Affaires and Delhi's first Mexican restaurant, Cafe Olé. Relocating to Seattle, he expanded with Chutneys, took over Roses Highway Inn, and transformed India House into Bombay Grill. Operating in both Seattle and Vancouver, he owned Maurya. Later, he diversified with a food court and children's play area in New Delhi. Amidst ventures, he managed food booths at Chateau Ste. Michelle until Covid closures. Currently, he focuses on curating events and Indian wedding catering in various locations, alongside operating cloud and commercial kitchens in Factoria
